| Easy Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground beef; cooked and drained
1 22-oz can of mixed vegetables; drained
1 13-oz can tomato soup
8 servings instant mashed potatoes; prepared
8-10 slices of American cheese
Instructions:
Mix in the bottom of a 8x13 pan mix cooked ground beef, tomato soup, and
mixed vegetables. You want this mixture to be thick. Spread evenly. On
top, spread warm mashed potatoes evenly. Cover with cheese. Bake for 30
minutes at 350 degrees. It should be cooked through. Let stand for 5
minutes then serve. Makes 8-10 servings.
