| Bacon - Cheese Dip

Ingredients:
1 package 250g. cream cheese, softened
2 cups sour cream
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
chopped green onions
round sourdough bread
Instructions:
Cook bacon. Crumble when cooled. Cut thick slice lengthwise from top of
bread. Scoop out bread, leaving a shell. Combine cream cheese, sour cream,
cheddar cheese, bacon and green onions. Mix well. Fill loaf with dip. Bake
at 375F. for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cut bread into chunks for dipping. Have
extra bread chunks on hand. This dip will be a hit at your party!
