Chicken Parmesan

4 boneless chicken breast
1 1/2 cups of can tomato sauce ( home made is optional )
1 cup Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
2 cups Italian style bread crumbs
2 eggs
4 cups oil
In small bowl beat eggs. In another bowl, add bread crumbs. Tenderize all four chicken breast. Dip the chicken in the beaten egg and then into the bread crumbs. Heat a pan with 4 cups oil. Place the chicken in the boiling oil let brown. When done add 2 TBS of tomato sauce and 2 TBS cheese to each chicken breast. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, let chicken cook till cheese is melted or till your desired tenderness. I recommend serving on some sort of pasta. Makes four servings.
