Fish N' Noodles

Servings: 4 to 6

8 ounces noodles
1 pound can salmon
10 1/2 ounce can condensed cream of vegetable soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
1 tablespoon minced green onion
3 1/2 ounce can French fried onions

Cook noodles, as directed on package. Drain salmon; reserve liquid. Flake salmon in bowl; remove bones and skin. Add salmon liquid, soup, mayonnaise, ripe olives and minced green onion. Combine with noodles. Turn into greased 1 /2 quart casserole. Top with onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
