| Fettuccine Carbonara Ingredients
:
500g fettuccine pasta
6 bacon slices, thinly sliced
1 pint cream
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions :
1) Cook pasta in large pan of boiling water, uncovered,
until just tender. Drain, keep warm while making sauce.
Add 1 tbsp. oil olive with pasta and mix thoroughly that
way pasta won't stick together.
2) Cook bacon in medium pan, stirring until crisp. Add
cream; stir until heated through.
3) Work quickly, gently mix bacon mixture with hot
pasta and combined eggs and cheese in large bowl.
