Baked Cod

Ingredients :
1-3/4 lbs. cod fillets (or other)
salt, sprinkle
pepper, sprinkle
1 can (10oz) Condensed cream of mushroom soup
6-8 Green onions, chopped
1 can (10oz) canned sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup milk

Instructions :
1) Arrange fish fillets in single layer in greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

2) Stir soup, green onions, mushrooms and milk together in bowl. Spool over fillets.

3) Bake, uncovered in 350 for about 20 minutes until fish flakes when tested with a fork.

Serves 8
