Philadelphia Cabbage

1 medium head green cabbage (about 1 1/3 pounds)
1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
Dash pepper

Prepare and cook 4 cups shredded cabbage. Mix cream cheese and milk; stir in seasonings. Stir cheese mixture into hot cabbage.
