2/3 cup honey
1/2 cup burtter
1 teaspoon salt
8 sweet potatoes
In a well-greased baking dish, spoon the combined honey, butter, and salt between layers of sliced sweet potato. Bake in a moderate (350^) oven for 30 minutes, basting frequently.
