Cottage Tomato Salad

2 cups large curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
2 cups cut green beans [cooked]
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup salted peanuts
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
2 medium tomatoes [cut into wedges]
1 head lettuce
Combine cottage cheese, salad dressing, green beans, carrots, peanuts and onions. Mix until blended. Chill, serve on lettuce covered platter; arrange tomato wedges on salad, garnish with additional salad dressing if desired.
