| Microwaved Asparagus Recipe

Ingredients :
2 pounds raw asparagus
Instructions :
Rinse asparagus under running water. Snap off woody
bottom stalks. Shake off excess water. Lay spears in a
glass baking dish. Cover with saran wrap. Microwave on
HIGH for 2-3 minutes. Carefully remove saran wrap (watch
out for steam!) and move inside spears to outside.
Replace saran wrap and microwave for an additional 2-4
minutes, checking every minute with a fork until
asparagus is crisp tender. Beautiful color and all
nutrients are saved this way!
