Creamy Caesar Salad

Ingredients:
DRESSING:
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
2/3 cup olive oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsps. lemon juice
2 tsps. red wine vinegar
2 tbsps. Parmesan cheese
4 tbsps. sour cream

Romaine lettuce

Instructions:
Mix all dressing ingredients together until well blend. Put in fridge
and let sit for at least an hour. The longer the better. Use that same day.

In salad bowl, combine torn Romaine lettuce and croutons. Sprinkle a little
Parmesan cheese over top. Pour or spoon in desired amount of dressing; toss
to mix. Top with fine-grated mozzarella cheese. May add crumbled, cooked
bacon or bacon bits. Very good without the anchovies and raw eggs.
