Potage of Mushrooms and Peas

Servings: 4 to 6

1 4-ounce can mushroom pieces and stems
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon butter
2 to 3-ounce package dried green pea soup
3 cups water

Drain mushrooms; reserve liquid. Sauté mushrooms and celery in butter in medium saucepan. Add soup, water and mushroom liquid. Blend well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
