Chicken & Veggie Sandwich Ring

Ingredients:
2 Cups cooked chicken breast (3) diced
1 Cup broccoli, diced
1/2 red pepper, diced
1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 Cup mayo
1 garlic clove, minced
2 t dill weed
2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
beaten egg
slivered almonds/sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350
Combine chicken, vegetables, cheese, mayo, garlic and dill mixture should be the consistency of chicken salad).

Arrange crescent rolls in a circle by overlapping wide ends of dough, with "pointed" end facing out. The arranged rolls will look like a sunflower.

Spoon filling onto dough. Pull pointed end of rolls over the chicken mixture and tuck/pat to secure to bottom of ring.

Brush the dough with the beaten egg and sprinkle with almonds or sesame seeds, if desired.

Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
